This Privacy Policy explains how NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED handles information for KiraSpark: Sparkle Camera (“KiraSpark”, “the app”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). KiraSpark is a lightweight iOS camera and photo editor that adds sparkle effects to photos on your device.
This policy is specific to KiraSpark. The broader OhMyApps website, contact forms, and support channels may be covered by the general OhMyApps Privacy Policy.
Summary
The current KiraSpark app does not collect personal data for developer use.
KiraSpark does not require an account, does not upload your photos to developer servers, does not include ads, does not include in-app purchases, does not use analytics SDKs, does not request IDFA access, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Photos, Camera, and On-Device Processing
KiraSpark uses camera and photo features only when you choose to use them:
- Camera access is used to show the live camera preview and capture photos inside the app.
- Photo import uses the system photo picker so you can choose an existing image to edit.
- Sparkle rendering and photo processing happen on your device.
- Save writes the final rendered JPEG to your photo library only after you tap Save.
- Share uses the iOS share sheet to send the rendered JPEG to the destination you choose.
Your original and rendered photos are not sent to NEURAL CRAFT LIMITED by the current app.
Data We Collect
The current KiraSpark app does not collect personal data, identifiers, photos, diagnostics, analytics events, account data, payment data, or advertising data for developer use.
The app also does not currently persist render history, drafts, masks, settings, account state, diagnostics, purchase state, or advertising state.
Data Handled by Apple or Other Services
Some activity may be handled by Apple or by services you choose:
- Apple manages App Store downloads, purchases if applicable, updates, device permissions, crash diagnostics if you have enabled sharing with Apple, and other platform services.
- If you use Share, the destination you select receives the content you choose to share and handles it under that destination’s own terms and privacy practices.
- If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or device details needed to respond.
App Permissions
KiraSpark may request:
- Camera permission, to display and capture the live camera preview.
- Add-only Photos permission, to save the rendered image to your photo library when you tap Save.
You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.
Children
KiraSpark is a general-audience photo effects app and is not directed to children. The current app does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support channel, contact us and we will review the request.
Your Choices and Rights
Because the current app does not collect app data for developer use, there is no KiraSpark account data to access, export, or delete from our systems.
For information you voluntarily send through support or website contact channels, you may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by law.
Security
KiraSpark is designed to process photos locally on your device. No method of software operation or electronic communication can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but the current app avoids developer-side storage or upload of your photos.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if KiraSpark changes, including if we add accounts, cloud processing, analytics, diagnostics upload, subscriptions, ads, or other features that affect data handling. The updated policy will show a new “Last updated” date.
