This Privacy Policy describes how Pixel Rift ("the Game", "we", "us") handles information when you play the Game inside the TikTok app as a TikTok Mini Game.
The Short Version
The Game itself does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. We do not operate any servers, and we do not have accounts, registration, chat, or any feature that asks you for personal data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect none. The Game does not request, read, or transmit your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or any other personal information.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The Game saves your gameplay progress locally on your device through TikTok's Mini Game storage interface. This includes:
- Best scores, coins, and level progress (stars, unlocked levels).
- In-game upgrade levels.
- Settings (sound, haptics, reduced-flash mode).
- Daily challenge progress.
This data never leaves your device through any system operated by us. Deleting the Game's data inside the TikTok app, or uninstalling TikTok, removes it. We have no copy and cannot restore it.
3. Advertising
The Game displays interstitial advertisements served by TikTok's advertising system (TikTok for Business). Ad selection, delivery, measurement, and any related data processing are performed by TikTok under its own policies, not by us. We do not receive any personal data from the advertising system. 4. The TikTok Platform
Pixel Rift runs entirely inside the TikTok app. TikTok, as the hosting platform, may process technical data (such as device information or crash diagnostics) according to its own privacy policy. That processing is governed by TikTok's terms and policies and is outside our control.
5. Sharing Features
The Game offers an optional "share score" feature. Sharing is performed entirely through TikTok's own sharing interface, only when you actively choose to share, and we do not see or store what you share or with whom.
6. Children's Privacy
The Game is suitable for general audiences and contains no chat, social features, or data collection. Since we collect no data from anyone, we do not knowingly collect data from children. Age requirements for using TikTok itself are governed by TikTok's Terms of Service.
7. Your Rights
Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. Rights relating to data processed by TikTok (including advertising data) should be exercised directly with TikTok through the in-app privacy settings or TikTok's privacy policy contact channels.
8. Changes to This Policy
If the Game ever changes in a way that affects how data is handled (for example, adding online leaderboards), we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date before the change takes effect.
